SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program operated by LeadRefinery LLC (“LeadRefinery,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply only to the account verification messaging program described below.

1.Program Name

LeadRefinery Account Verification.

2.Program Description

LeadRefinery sends one-time passcode (OTP) text messages to confirm that a mobile telephone number belongs to the LeadRefinery account holder who submitted it. Each message contains a numeric code and its expiry. This is a verification program only.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages through this program. This program is separate from any calls or messages placed through our platform on behalf of our business clients, which are described in our Privacy Policy.

3.How to Opt In

This program is available only to holders of a LeadRefinery account. LeadRefinery provisions accounts manually for prospective business clients; there is no public sign-up.

Inside the authenticated LeadRefinery application, an account holder enters their own mobile telephone number and checks a consent box that applies to SMS only. The box is unchecked by default.

Consent is optional. It is not a condition of purchase, and it is not a condition of creating or using a LeadRefinery account. Consent to receive these messages is given separately from acceptance of our Terms of Use or any other agreement.

If you have previously replied STOP, you may resume messages by replying START.

4.Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary. You will typically receive one message per verification attempt.

5.Cost

Message and data rates may apply. LeadRefinery does not charge you for these messages. Your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.

6.How to Opt Out

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from this program. We will send one confirmation message and no further messages.

You may also email support@leadrefinery.ai with the telephone number you want suppressed.

Opting out may prevent you from completing phone verification and using features that depend on a verified number. We will not charge you or otherwise treat you differently for opting out.

7.How to Get Help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message, or email support@leadrefinery.ai. Our contact details are in Section 11.

8.Privacy

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9.Carriers and Devices

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is compatible with major United States wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and resellers. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside our control.

10.Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this address and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes to the program will be communicated as required by applicable law.
